I have a tron cabaret with a 13 inch monitor and when I start it up the
screen will blink different colors like white and red. If I turn it off and
on several times the game comes on. Any ideals?
Thanks

Power board

Have you checked the voltages at the boardset?

..,

It's 90% in the power supply. Install a switcher, you'll thank me.

Almost sounds like it is going through the normal self test routine to me.
It could be a power supply problem. Check for sagging voltages and a good
reset signal on the board .

It's the power supply's RESET circuit, well known to be problematic and
exhaustively documented as relates to this problem. A quick Google search
should have turned up the answer a number of times.

Clip the RESET line (purple wire), and I'm 95% sure you'll never have that
problem again. This doesn't seem to work on all MCR games (Spy Hunter being
an example of one that you can't fix this way), but it always works on Tron.

It is still worth shotgunning the PS though. It'll cost you $10 in parts
and run for years.
