so ive bought this cheap psu and wanted to ask would it be enought to power a gigebyte gtx 950 and fx 8350,no overclocking its an tronje 550w force majeure

I'd first make sure my life insurance was alright as well as my will to the family. This might sound harsh but the unit you bought is nothing more than an expensive paper weight or worse a very volatile unit that can damage more than your system components, they can set your house on fire.

The short answer is no it can't power the parts you're looking to pair it with. You should pick a unit that is closer to tier 1
