Trouble getting windows 10

Hi guys i need help i have just built a computer i got to install windows 10 from a usb i downloaded it on and i put the usb on the new computer started it up it ran the windows setting tried to clean and convert for it to let me choose one then it restarted and wont load the windows setting i tried changing the reboot order to the usb first and that doesnt work ive looked at a lot of videos and forums and none seem to help

clean and convert? what do you mean by that?

what motherboard do you have? might need to turn of another setting to let it boot off USB (windows install may have changed it)

clean and convert? what do you mean by that?

what motherboard do you have? might need to turn of another setting to let it boot off USB (windows install may have changed it)

It wouldt let me load it on my ssd so i was told to clean it and convert it
Its msi 760gm-p23

What does clean and convert mean? What exactly are you trying to clean and convert? I have installed Windows 10 literally hundreds of times and there is no screen that says clean and convert.

A couple of questions;

1. Is this a fresh ISO that just created? You need a brand new ISO because of the Creators Update.
2. Did you use Rufus?

It was saying i didt have the right partition and i had to convert from mbr to gpt

You need to delete all of your existing partitions. Windows 10 installs nicely on either GPT or MBR, it is your choice.

Delete all existing partitions then reformat your C: drive, you will be fine after that.

Don't even need to format, just delete all the partitions and click next and win 10 will do the rest

I must have been tired, clean - delete all partitions on hdd, & convert - change drive format. Not necessary in most cases.
