Trouble installing CPU cooler

Hello, I am having problems mounting my CPU cooler, on the motherboard there is a shield/plate that is stopping the radiator with the fans from mounting to the case. The case I have is a Corsair 570x, the motherboard is rog Maximus xi hero and the cooler is a Corsair h115i rgb. I'm not sure what the shield/plate is on the motherboard and would like to know if it can be removed so the radiator will fit or maybe I'm just doing something wrong. Here is a picture

As you can see I have the cooler mounted with one fan installed already, I'm unable to put on the other fan because of that shield/plate that says Hero

Solution
I'm not sure what the shield/plate is on the motherboard
It is the heatsinks for dissipation of heat, don't remove it. I don't know you did pay attention on these heatsinks or not, most of the Z390 MB have that huge heatsinks.

Back to your problem, you may 1) Return the MB, buy other MB with small heatsinks. 2) Switch these RGB fans and the radiator position, like install the radiator in the front panel, move the RGB fans to the top panel. 3) replace the cooler fans with slim 140mm fan, like this one, CRYORIG XT140 ( or other one you can find), regular 140mm fan will be 140x140x25mm, the slim one will be 140x140x 13mm. https://www.amazon.com/Cryorig-CR-XTA-140mm-Profile-System/dp/B00IAPV5YW 4) Move the fans to outside the case...

Solution
Its only a few mm away from going in, does the radiator need the fans? I will try mounting it to the front panel, of all else fails I will buy smaller fans like you suggested

Ok, I tried mounting the radiator to the front panel with 3 fans but unable to mount the radiator to those 3 fans because they are smaller and don't line up. So I'm ordering the smaller fans suggest. Last question, would it be ok to go ahead and mount the radiator to the top of the car with just one fan for now and use the PC until the fans come in? Which should be Monday, or should I just leave it be so I don't run into any overheating problems?
