Trouble installing heatsink

I got my ryzen 1600 with stock cooler. I installed the cpu no problem but im having problems screwing In the wraith spire heatsink that comes with it. Any tips for screwing it in evenly?

How are you doing it currently? Screw them in an X pattern. Turn one a few times, then turn the one diagonally opposite of it a few times, then turn a 3rd one a few times, and the last one a few times. Keep doing that in an X pattern until they're all screwed in.
