Trouble Installing New Bios

hi, I'm having trouble installing the correct bios for my fx-8370. I have a fx-6300 installed right now and I do not really know how to install the bios from the gigabyte website. My motherboard is a GA-970A-UD3P and any help explaining me how to install the correct bios will be appreciated.

Some guy told me I need to update it for my new processor. It seems right because I tried doing several different things to get my computer to work with it but it doesn't boot up.

I put my processor in and my computer turns on but doesn't boot up.
