Trouble logging into HOTMAIL?

OK never had an issue logging into hotmail (outlook) in 20 years. I have several accounts but I can only log into 2 of them. The others keep giving me this error message:

Something went wrong
You're currently signed in as xxxxxxx@hotmail.com. Please sign out, then sign in to Outlook with the account you use to read your organization's email.

Click here to sign out.

There are more details but not sure if they are specific to my acct so i'll just X-out what show ups under the message above.

Try logging in using an incognito browser. Have you tried from other devices yet? This looks eerily similar to an error I had when I was recently trying to create an @outlook.com account for my father. It took them a very long time to properly resolve.
