Decided to finally OC my 4690K. I've never OC'd an Intel chip before so I may be missing something. Every time I disable Turbo-Mode and then go to set my OC, it will automatically enable Turbo-Mode. So when I go to set my multiplier it says "Targeted Turbo-Mode Frequency" rather than "Targeted CPU Frequency". When I go to disable Turbo-Mode it'll reset my OC back to stock. Can anyone help me figure out why it auto enables itself?

My mobo is Asus Maximus Hero VII

The same thing happens with my Asus Z97M-Plus board.
I would just ignore that and continue with the OC, as long as you are manually entering the multiplier you should be fine.
My current OC on my 4690k is 4.5ghz @ 1.243v with turbo still enabled and it has no issues with running at that clock even under prime95 load.
