Trouble Portforwarding a Minecraft Server on an ASUS RT-AC66U Router

What the title says. I've configured all my ports correctly, I'm positive my IPv4 is correct. I've tried enabling DMZ, turning on uPnP and other things, but my friends can't connect. Here's a snap:

Lower your security setting of your routers firewall.
If the server is running, make sure you also do not have a software firewall running at the same time on the host machine.

My modem is a Cisco one, it came from my ISP. I figured out that I was using an automatic IP Address. I changed it to static and configured it correctly, but my whole house went without internet, so I set it to automatic again and it started working.
