Hi,
I'm not a network guy, so I really can't troubleshoot this on my own or searching through topics.
I have recently updated my PC drivers (chipset, LAN, etc etc). After the lan driver update, I figured I can't reach some servers. For example, I keep getting error 104 on quake champions (https://help.bethesda.net/app/answers/detail/a_id/38748/~/what-should-i-do-if-i-am-getting-error-104-when-trying-to-play-quake-champions%3F), I am unable to reach servers in CSGO, or even download files from some websites.

I have flushed my dns, etc etc, and still not working...
any solutions?

Do you have your ports forwarded and allowed through your pc firewall?

Often games and whatnot are set to blocked by default, and I've found turning off your fw doesn't actually fix this. Don't trust the auto rules - do it yourself for both the exe's and necessary ports.

You can find what these are by searching online for the right port numbers.

Yeah.. I've just tested my PC routed by my smartphone via USB cable and it worked.. It's not a firewall problem. Must be a ethernet problem, but how? since my internet connection is ok, only the connection with some servers/ports that doesn't work.
