Trouble relocating libraries

So I moved my libraries from my C: to my storage drive E: and I didn't realise that you needed to make the folders before moving them I thought it would just put the library folders in the E:. And now it has just dumped all the files into the E: and made a mess. When I try to restore the libraries default location I get a message saying:

Failed to build the list of regular subdirectories under "E:\Recovery". Access is denied.

Is there anyway to fix this?

When you move them, you should have the option to "NOT" move the contents along with them. I would choosing a new library location (this time make it a sensible location like e:\users\%username%\Desktop - for example), but when prompted, do NOT move the current items.

If you do that, it should "create" you a new (blank) library. You can then manually move the items you need from their current all-in-one location to the correct new location. Will take a little time. But now they're all together there's no way of separating them other than manually moving the items you want where you want them.
