Trouble Uninstalling Razer Synapse

Hi guys, I own a Razer Blackwidow Chroma that is 2-3 years old and recently Razer Synapse has been playing up in that I cannot reprogram any keys or more importantly the macros. So I've resorted to the old uninstall - reinstall fallback but when I try to remove the programs via the windows system settings (Apps & Features, Add or Remove programs) it will not allow me to and I receive this pop up:

I've tried searching through the file explorer to locate the unins. program but no luck and have thoroughly searched through the program for an answer also with no luck.
Specs: Windows 10 64bit, Razer Synapse 2.0, Razer Blackwidow Chroma V1.

Solution: Used CC Cleaner to forcibly uninstall Synapse and reinstalled it from the internet which resolved the key remapping problem.
