Trouble updating apps on Galaxy s5 sd card

Until this week I had no problem updating all apps on my galaxy s5..... Since Sunday, the only way I can update an app that is on my sd card is to move it to internal storage, update it and then put it back on the sd card. As far as I know, there were no system updates on my phone. Any ideas?

Do you have enough Free Space on your card? You should have at least 15-20% Free.

Yes on a 32g card I have 23g available
