Trouble With 5970 With New Games

hi friends
u cpu is i5-2500K @ 4.0
my VGA is MSI 5970@ 950/1150
i new games like AC3 one gpu will work and fps around 15 to 20 in boston city
in medal of honor warfighter only 1 gpu works and fps around 30 to 50
in hitman 2 gpu works around 70% but hard frame drop glichting
in far cry3 two gpu works around 40% and FPS @ high end is around 30 to 40

my driver 12.10 installed cap

where is the problem ?

i did clean install 2.11 beta with CAP
set the profile to far cry3 and i went to the game same gpu usage 2 of them only 40%
