[SOLVED] Trouble with audio playing through mic

So I have been trying to fix my friends pc as whenever hes in discord his audio plays through his mic. Ive tried all the bells and whistles when it comes to disabling sound mixer and listening to this device etc, the only solution I can find that works is for him to unistall his realtek audio drivers out of device manager and reinstall the realtek driver for his mobo off of the msi website again which fixs the audio playing through his mic. The problem is if he then turns his pc off and on then the issue comes back and i can't for the life of me figure this out.

I was wondering if you already tried Disabling Automatic Driver Update and Fast Startup for Windows 10 and checked if any of those solutions helped?

Sometime Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command does the trick too.
