Question Trouble with browsers.

For some reason, I'm not sure exactly what I did. But facebook doesn't come up correctly. (Works in firefox)
Some strange reason, some images don't populated in google images, or random sites, sometimes with an icon.
I can't add any extensions.
I also am trying to access my home business portal. and all my contacts and resources do not show, in Firefox or chrome.
But everything works just fine on another computer.
Please help? maybe we can troubleshoot this.
I tried clearing cashe and reinstalling chrome. But I don't think the browsers are the issue here.

It won't matter what browser im using. I'm getting simular issues in each.

So I went into cmd and typed ipconfig /all
I see the DNS Servers is 116.203.6.218

ALSO I just noticed something strange. My windows security virus and threat protection says it's being managed by my organisation?
Something strange is happening here.

I'm running super anti spyware right now.
I have malware bytes, but it only scans like 300k items and finishes in less then a minute. Not sure if that's great....
Don't know why I need to use google dns server. This has nothing to do with google. plus I don't know how.

I'm going to download and use Total AV

AV is continuing to scan. 2 threats found so far.
SAS finshed, finding just a bit under 1900 items.

Once SAS and AV is both done finishing, ill restart my computer and report any changes.

Yeah, not sure what's happening. Still having this issue
I'm guessing it was something the programs caught. It's fine now. I have no idea tbh.
