Hello,
Right now, my situation looks like this - when i'm turning PC on, it's:
- not starting
- turning on (sometimes after few secs of delay), but not booting anything (black screen, PC's working quietly)
- turning on (rare)
What i'm doing to start PC?
I'm changing the BIOS battery everyday, because every single day it's not starting off. What's funnier, i'm switching between the three same batteries - fabric one, one i've bought last year, and a brand new one.
I'm unplugging power cable, switching batteries, and almost every time, it's working. Then i have to load default BIOS values and it's working.
When did it all start?
Last year. I've changed tge case, and after month it happened. Maybe it's coincidence, but it started when my father was cleaning behind the PC, so he had to move the PC. i 've fixed it in the November (i guess), and it was fine until the last month, when my sister was plugging her camera to the PC via back USB ports. Also, all of this started year after my mobo came back from RMA - it had very similair problem when i bought it, so i've sent it immediatly.
What i've tried?
A lot.Among others: changing batteries. Unplugging and plugging ever cable and hardware. Cleaning BIOS Battery socket. Reseting the BIOS and stuff.
Also - Windows clock isn't working all this time, it's on loop or moving very slowly.
Specs:
Win 7 64
AMD FX-6300, 3.5GHz
GeForce GTX 660
SilentiumPC Spartan 3 PRO HE1024
2x Patriot 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 CL9 PSD34G13332
Samsung 500 GB SATA II 7200 RPM
Tacens Radix VI 550W
ASRock 970 Extreme4
Fractal Design CORE 3300 + one Zephyr fan.
As always, excuse me for my bad English.
Thanks!
