Trouble with Drive Cloning

I know for a fact I could've done this without deleting all of my programs, but I did and nothing I can do about that now. I got a 120gb SSD for my OS (Win 10) and I've got my old drive down (from 880gb used) to only 86.7GB. This should be able to clone onto the SSD (It has 111 GB of free space), however with both Macrium Reflect and EaseUS Todo Backup, they say that I don't have enough space in my SSD. I triedcloning everything but the 5th partition of the HDD (450 MB NTFS Primary) and it allowed me to, however I ended up with a BSOD and no cloned drive. Help?

At 86.7GB, that is still right on the edge of "Too Much".
Reduce it a little more and try again.
