trouble with Duron

I've got a Duron 750 (7.5 x 100). I tried to unlock multipler (by connect L1
bridges) but it didn't work as I wanted. In some unknown for me reason ,
whatever multipler I chose, I have only 7 or 7.5 factor. Does anybody know
why ?

If you get 7 sometimes, then it means you have correctly connected one of
the bridges, but maybe just the one. How did you try to connect the
bridges, conductive paint, pencil, other? While a pencil will work. It
tends to not be real reliable over time. If you can adjust the FSB on your
MB, that might be the easiest way to overclock your duron. Don't expect a
whole lot out of it, maybe 950MHz reliably. I've had a 600, 700, and 750
and could not reliably get any to 1000MHz IIRC. It seems about 900MHz was
about all I could reliably get out of any of them.

standard ,school pencil. What should I use?

I tried to make it going under 7 x 133 ( 1 .7 v ) but it wasn't stable , so
I thought I could decrease multipler for 6 or 6.5

Pencil should work, but for reliability, use conductive paint.

7*133 should be doable with enough vcore. I've pumped up to 1.85v into
mine, but for long term use I wouldn't use more than 1.75-1.80. Are you
sure this reast of your system works with a 133MHZ FSB? Try 6x133 first
when you get the bridges working.
