Trouble with GPU (AM1 build)

I can't seem to enable the GPU using the asrock mitx board. It just uses the 5350's onboard graphics. When I turn on the PC, the GPU fans (7750) spin up and display comes out, but even making the little blue selector box lags in the desktop. All the drivers are installed.

You are plugged into the 7750's video output to the monitor??

If so its 100% using the 7750

Have you reinstalled catalyst driver package??
