Trouble with GPU

can my HP laptop with a AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.20 GHz with 8GB DDR3 RAM and Windows 10 64 BIT is having a lot of trouble running fallout 4 or any other games, is this a shitty setup or do I have to activate de Graphics Card?

Your APU is a low power model and not really designed for gaming. The integrated graphics may allow you to play some older games, but newer games, no way.
