Motherboard: ASROCK H97M Pro4
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3
GPU: EVGA GTX 660
PSU: EVGA 750 B2
I just built my first computer and I'm not getting any image on the monitor. I've been reading around and found that sometimes you have to initially boot using the on board video. I even read in a review for this motherboard that someone had to do this. My processor is "Supported only by CPU with integrated graphic", and my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, so are these possibly incompatible with each other?
Also, one other question. My motherboard has an 8-pin power connection, and the CPU cable coming off the PSU splits into two 4-pin connectors, but only one will fit into the motherboard. I'm guessing that this is fine, and they just give two different options, but I thought I'd ask.
