I have a USB Joystick thats my Computer Detects ok.
The USB Cable is connected to the Joystick normal Gameport Connector.

But if i plug just the Joystick Connector into 1 of my 2 Joystick Sockets on my PC Mobo and Soundblaster Sound card they don't detect it and even if i manually add it'the Joystick status shows not detected.

I have a Gamepad that also is not detected?

I don't know if it's the Sticks/Pads or my System.
It's 2 totally different connectors and i can't see it being them?

I am using Win Xp.

Thanx

are you talking about the usb ports on your mother board? your sound card doesnt have usb on it, it has a game port, its a lot like a com port.

how do you shoot the devil in the back? what happens if you miss? -verbal
