Trouble with my HP Officejet 6500 Wireless Printer, not printing when all cartri

First of all I have trouble printing anything in the black and the blue, all ink cartridges are new from HP, changed twice, still new, and only red and a bit of yellow will print on paper. I don't know what to do to clean it, I went thru the steps with a technician once and the black worked but only for 2 pages and it reverted back to not printing again. What is the procedure to clean the heads? I have lost my manual.

2nd, I tried to print a photo, and the print screen is so big, I cannot see the word print below in order to proceed with the printing, what shall I do?

download manual from hp for your model - Probably need nozzles cleaned
