Trouble with new build, cant get to windows

Ok so Ive built a brand new pc and everything runs fine till I get past post, then it tells me windows is either missing a file or something cant be reached. Ive tried doing a repair but nothing works, tried doing a fresh install but that has the same problem. I have checked all my connections in spades but nothing seems out of place/disconnected... I don't know whats going on.

Parts:
-Motherboard: msi x370 sli plus
-CPU: Ryzen 5
-RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4
-Graphics: 2x Geforce GTX 670
- Running Windows 10

do you have the latest bios as those boards are only new and there may be an update that makes installing easier.

how far into installer do you get? Does it say same file name each time? what is it?

try installing with only 1 GPU in at a time. It might help.

try making a new Installer on a different USB

Try using usb 2 slots if there are any (shouldn't be necessary).
