[SOLVED] Trouble with new build... Not posting (1 long 3 short beeps)

Hi,

I have recently been building my new desktop (7 years since last) and i am having some trouble. I dont know what to test anymore, so I am looking for some help.

Hardware:
MB: Asus X570-p Prime
CPU: Ryzen 3600
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY DDR4-3200 C16 DC - 16GB
PSU: Corsair CX 450m (Just used for testing at the moment, intend to swap it with a Corsair RM 850 when it posts)
GPU: Asus RTX 2070

At the moment, i just want it to post, so I have the CPU and RAM in:

Unsure if it is 1 long and 3 or 4 short beeps.
If I look in the MB manual:
1 Long 3 short -> No VGA detected
1 Long 4 Short -> Hardware component failure.

If i remove both RAM sticks, there is no beeps from the MB.

(Front chassis fans unplugged)

Your cpu does not have on board graphics, so you need to have a gpu in to get video and post.. And I don't recommend using the 450 psu.

Okay, was sure the 3600 had onboard graphics...

Will try using the GPU and the 850 psu and report back
