Trouble with new pc components

Recently decided to upgrade my pc as I have done before, . After installing everything I have run into some issues; Nothing is displaying on my monitor from the HDMI port on the graphics card or motherboard, the graphics card is booting up (fans spin) but then die off (though I presume that's down to it not needing to run at the time), and there is a red LED indicating a fault with my CPU.

Specs:
Corsair RM850 psu,
Tomahawk B350 Motherboard AM4 socket,
Ryzen 5 1500X with stock heatsink,
2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz RAM
Geforce GTX 1050Ti Strix Graphics Card
2TB HDD
ASUS Blu Ray Optical Drive

Everything except the HDD, PSU, and Disc Drive are new.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Not at all, I haven't done anything other than connect everything up and turn it on.

Would it have anything to do with the thermal paste? I took the heatsink off to have a look at the pins on the cpu and it looked good, but the thermal paste was running all down the sides of the cpu (stock heatsink has thermal paste applied already)
