Trouble with pc

I can't load Windows on my old monitor cause it goes into sleep mode and it works on laptop and xbox1
I need help its custom CPUs cooled graphics new 950 16 gab ram 5tb storage one used hdd and one refurbished 3 tb. Hdd it turns on everything I tried the CMOS and removing motherboard battery . And a corsair h100 I v2 gtx

tried changing and scrolling through the settings on your motherboard? might be using the wrong signal
