Trouble with pop in and freezing!

Hey guys I'm having an issue that just started recently. I was trying to play Skyrim Special Edition when I noticed trees and grass were not loading until I got very close to them and then even houses and things were not wanting to load and my game kept freezing for a few seconds while loading. I tried a few other games like dragons dogma and it was doing the same thing.does anybody have any idea what could be causing this? My specs are i7 3770k, gtx 1080, 16gb of ram, and my games are installed on a 1tb veloceraptor. I've ran various error check on my hdd, CPU , and GPU and found no issues.

With that spec you shouldn't have any pop issues, and even if the pop happens it should be something like 1mili seconds until object is fully loaded.. I usually get this if my disk usage is at 100%, have you managed to check that? Play a game with task manager open and see hows your disk usage while playing it. Also try checking your ingame temps.
