Question Trouble with ps5 controller

Today I built my new pc, (ryzen 7700x, asus rog strix b650e-f gaming wifi, 3060 ti.) Everything is working fine, I have installed everything, Ive played games etc. My ps5 controller is working ok, I can use it with a usb cable and it is synced with bluetooth but the problem I am having is trying to download the official firmware updater software for the controller. I go to the correct site and click on install but when the download pop-up appears, there is nothing there and nothing is downloading? Confused AF.......

Ive tried several times but Norton keeps kicking in and saying the download is a known untrusted site, I might try disabling it and try again but will first look up to see what the fuss is about.

Are you downloading from https://controller.dl.playstation.net/controller/lang/en/fwupdater.html?

Yeah, everytime I click on it the download pop up is just blank

Ive just managed to download it by turning off norton.

Time to turn off Norton permanently. In actuality windows defender is really power decent for home use.
