Question Trouble with realtek audio driver

I am having real trouble installing the realtek audio drivers. I go to my motherboard support page, download the windows 1909,(my version,) realtek driver. Thr wizard pops up and I follow the instructions, it uninstalls the current driver then prompts me to restart, the pc restarts but then the wizard pops up again and asks me to go through the whole process again,it seems it is stuck in some kind of loop and now i have no sound. Please help!

Think Ive got it working ok now...(will leave post open in case it decides to die on me again.)
