Trouble with screen no signal in vga card

please help me..
i have old pc about 4y.. never use vga card..
my friend give me vga r7 370 dual fan..
but no signal in screen when i'm using hdmi or vga to dvi dual link convert
pc :
mobo : ecs h61h2-m12
processor : i3-2120
psu : XFX XT Series 500W 80PLUS BRONZE

is vga card not compatible with mobo ?
is my mobo to old?
plz help me

Did you plug in power cable(s) to GPU? Did you put your display cable to GPU and NOT to mobo?
