Hello,i have problems for shuttingdown my computer Lenovo which have window7

Could be corrupt OS, corrupt process or failing hard drive. Try procedures for Clean Startup to isolate to a process

If it fails to shut down with just basic M'soft processes enabled, suspect your OS, back up your data and restore your Laptop to factory condition by repeatedly pressing F11 at boot.
