Question Troubles after upgrade to Ryzen 5600x (ASRock B450 Gaming K4)

Hello. Like two weeks ago I upgraded my Ryzen 1600af to 5600x. Everything went smoothly until 3 days later my troubles started.

How it started. I was playing Quake Champions for a hour then hit quit button and it took like 1min to exit. Then another 30sec to shut down Steam. Then i opened my Chrome browser and got Blue Screen with some error code ***154. The most worrying part is that after this restart it auto went into BIOS.

Now im having all kind of problems appearing like sometime after 5min sometimes after 2hr but seems are getting more often in the time.

Restart (even by me) sometimes opens BIOS alone. Sometime when i press Del to enter BIOS it freezes PC and i need reset it from button. Also refuses to boot in windows saying no bootable device found. ... Maybe im forgetting some symptoms but this post already getting too long. If it loads Windows usually works for some time and when i exit 3D in windows start lagging, reading, getting super slow, cant even open to press restart win button.

Anyway what I've tried so far.

Disconnected SSDs and HDD and tried them one by one.
Clean install of windows 10 on both SSD.
Reset bios to defaults multiple times.
Ran memtest86 for 2.5hr until complete test - 0 errors (on XMP 3200 tested)
Tried with default ram in 2166 or whatever was number.
Updated bios today from 5.60 to 8.03(beta, new agesa forgot number like **.0.8 maybe)

The problem almost always start in same way. When running Unigine benchmarks to load PC it runs in 3D fine, big scores. I was getting 200fps in Heaven now with 5600x jumped to 225 and today after last reinstall of windows it scored 235 fps (i suspect now if removing nvme drive did caused this? Or was yesterday Nvidia driver update idk yet). BUT after few runs of benchmark when i exit PC start lagging and becomes unresponsive or restarts. Its not even giving me blue screen, only one time maybe.

Im hopeless now 😭 idk what to try. I was sure is SSD failing but i disconnect and tried one by one. Now i suspect Motherboard or CPU. The CPU has warranty 3y. Motherboard is without, im using it from 2020.

Can you guys give advice. I wanna buy B550 motherboard to replace mine but its very hard decision because im investing my little money into so old platform. If i knew that this nightmare will be i would have waited half year to get for AM5.

How can i know, is it possible CPU to have such defect that can cause these issues? Im scared if i buy new MB this CPU can brick it.

I cant RMA CPU yet because i simply cant be sure if is defective. If i return CPU they could put it in test for 5min see that is working and return to me same CPU. This is transport money plus waiting. And i like the CPU, it scores 636/5050 in CPU-Z on stock. Btw i didn't use PBO yet (good decision, if i did i would think its my fault these problems). Everything is stock.

Temps are, max recorded for CPU 57-64c. For GPU hotspot reaching 69-72c in Cyberpunk.

System:

Motherboard: ASRock B450 Gaming K4 (was running 5.60 bios half year on 1600af no problem. Now from last day i put 8.03.)

CPU: 5600x with Arctic Freezer eSports DUO

Ram: GSkill Aegis 2x8gb 3200Mhz

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4060Ti 16gb AERO

PSU: Seasonic Focus 750W ATX 3.0 ( half year old)

SSD1: Sata 2.5 120gb Adata

SSD2: Nvme Samsung Evo Plus 500gb

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200

Update chipset drivers through amd's website?

Sfc scannow error check?

Clear CMOS?
Installed latest chipset drivers from AMD web site, yep. I reinstall Windows 3 times, 2 on the 120gb ssd and 1 on Nvme. Always formatted. GPT.

Sfc was the CMD program that scan for errors? I run it 2 times, because sometime when Windows fail to start it says "disk errors, need run recovery" . But how it makes these errors and is it true. I tried with Crystalmarkinfo it reports on all drives "Good 100%". Even if some of them failed they cant fail both in same way same time. Sfc says 0 bad sectors, no problems no action needed.

I didn't physically clear CMOS. Why should do this? I load defaults in bios 10+ times for these 2 weeks. And when updated bios now it shut down pc and it auto turn it on and was reset to defaults again.

Nothing helped, changed so far. The issues remain the same, no matter what i do. There's left 3 components. MB first suspect maybe some bricked controller idk im not tech guy. CPU second suspect. Or Ram not compatible? But i doubt. How can not even work on 2166mhz

Edit.

Today i installed old CPU 1600af. Same problems!!!

Then disabled lan and audio in BIOS. Same.

Then removed 1 ram module. No change. Then removed the one that was on MB and installed other one on different slot. Nothing again.

My conclusion is that Motherboard is defective. Gonna get new B550.

Time will tell
