Question Boot Code 98 on MSI Z390 ACE ?

I’ve gotten this multiple times whenever I change something about the computer. Whether it be adding two sticks of ram, plugging in a new usb device, changing the location of the tower, anything.
I ALWAYS get stuck on the boot code 98. I’m usually able to fix it by doing random things, but I just cannot seem to fix it. If I could get any help at all, I would be very grateful.

either damaged port or some device not connected properly

disconnect all your usb devices, then keep adding one by one till it starts failing
also visualy check usb ports if theres nothing bent in there

I have tried unplugging literally anything I can think of. ALL USB devises are unplugged and I still get the code of 98

I hadn’t thought about that, but unfortunately, it does not seem to be fixing thing issue

What should I be checking for exactly?

That’s the weird thing. I know they all work because they have before. As for what causes this issue, I don’t know. I know it has to do with input devices, but I don’t know which one is causing it to freeze on 98. I’ve unplugged everything, including the front usb and I get nothing
