troubleshoot HP printer 2015dn prints test page but nothing else

i installed the printer and it printed the test page just fine.. but when i go to print other documents.. it just doesn't print it.. does anyone have any idea how to fix this... HELP!

Are you sure you selected the right printer in the printing options? In word, the default output for documents is XML document and this won't print anything. You need to change the XML document option to HP 2015dn in order to send the document file to the printer so it can print the page.
