Troubleshoot: "Your Computer Needs Repair" Blue Screen.

Hi everyone,
I was playing Battlefield 4 and the game froze, or so I thought. I tried to CTRL-ALT-DEL, however that didn't work so I did a hard reset. Upon reset, I got this screen. Pressing Enter or F8 does nothing but refresh this screen. Someone told me it could be the hard drive or Windows 8. Any ideas?

I did this, but forgot to mention it.. didn't solve the issue.

Unless the cable or power came out of the hdd? Dont think you can do much besides a reinstall. Or a refresh. If a repair does nothing
