I am having a strange issue that is a bit over my paygrade. First of all, I apologize in advance if this thread ends up to be a duplicate.

My hardware is as follows:
Asus prime z390-p motherboard
Intel core i7 8700k clocked at 3.7ghz base
Evga GTX 1050 ti superclocked graphics card
WD Blue 250gb m.2 ssd
Seagate barracuda 3tb hdd
Corsair CX750 750 watt powersupply.
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2400 MHz 1x8gb
Aero cylon case

This is a new build.

My issue is that when I start my computer to be able configure the bios. I don't get a video signal, my computer runs for seemingly random amounts of time and then turns itself off. There isn't any os on the boot drive (the m.2 ssd.) as of yet as I am still configuring and testing this build. Also, with this issue I cannot even install an OS on there.

I do have a speaker hooked up on the motherboard and there aren't any beep codes being presented to me.

Thanks in advance to those who are able to help.
