Question Troubleshooting Audio Issue

Hello,
For some reason my logitech g935 headphones are being forced into 7.1 surround sound in windows audio settings. I cannot switch it to stereo and I am unsure where to go from here.

And of course uninstalling logitech g hub it goes back to stereo default... But I really want that software to work too cause I use all logi peripherals.... sigh.

It sounds like your best bet is contacting Logitech support and seeing what they have to say regarding your particular issue. Good luck sir, as Logitech's support (or lack there of) is the soul reason I will no longer buy anything they make.
