Question Troubleshooting -- Display's disconnect within minutes of powering up

My system boots up regularly, I'm not getting any odd codes on the MOBO.
I'm able to login to windows, no problem.

Within 30-2 minutes after logging in my displays will disconnect and show that there is nothing connected to the PC (GPU ports).

I was told it might be a RAM issue so I replaced the RAM but still keep getting the disconnect.

Any thoughts / troubleshooting steps I can take?
