Hi, I have much trouble copying and moving files from my Hard Disk D.
I can only move files inside the D disk.
When I try to move them to another drive, It the progress bar goes to approximately 10-15% before freezing...
Same thing happens when I try to copy or compress the files...Even in the D drive..
Until now, this problem happens when the files being moved or copied exceed 200-300MB and when I'm prompted during the transfer.
Sometimes the freezing ends into a Blue Screen error but mostly, it's like the whole windows restarts, leaving me with a blank desktop...
Then, there's another issue with downloading;
When I start my downloads (through a download manager with an auto shutdown function), the computer seems to run normally. I go to sleep and the next morning, the laptop seems to have had a Blue Screen error and restarted; The background is black and an error is displayed in white which is about some ???tek Ethernet Adapter(or something like that)...
What I'd like to know is if it's the OS (Windows 7, in this case) which is the source of these problems or if it's a hardware issue.
I desperately need to get these files backed-up...
Has anyone get this type of problems before?
