Troubleshooting Gaming Pc

So I've built this gaming pc and done some upgrades over time. I've now ran into the issue where sometimes it'll even stutter just running windows 10 and the mouse will hang up and freeze. I can run basic games on it but when I launch a higher graphics game like ark survival it'll lock everything up and force me to force restart. The monitor sometimes will go black and then come back on. Sometimes my keyboard and led desk mat will go off and come back on like maybe it's power hungry? I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here's my specs.

check temperature of the CPU and GPU

reset the BIOS

update the BIOS within the BIOS
