Troubleshooting microphone problems vista

Hello all, I plaw wow and use a microphone for vent. I did a recent windows update and since then i have not been able to speak into the microphone, no one can hear me. I am not sure what to do to fix the problem, i just bought a new microphone and still nothing

Run ventrillo as administrator problem solved!
