Question Troubleshooting new sytem boot hang - no POST

Installed a new system and it hangs during boot - doesn't POST.

Chassis fans come on, CPU cooler fan comes on, chassis power button lights up, boot USB is accessed

Using HDMI on MB for video - monitor is not getting signaled.

Full config is

Fractal Design Chassis FD-CA-Focus-BK-W Focus G
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB
ASUS Prime Z590-P WIFI Motherboard
Intel Core i5-11600KF
Cooler Master Hyper 212
WD_BLACK 500GB M.2
AGW650 Power Supply.

I've removed the M.2 board and USB stick. Tried each memory board in A2 slot alone and removed all memory attempting to get it to POST - no change.

It seems like it's the MB or the CPU.

I don't see any diagnostic LEDs on the MB (i.e. Q-LED indicators), I don't think this model supplies any.

How can I diagnose it further?

Am I missing your GPU? The F skew cannot output video.

I have a new graphics card on order - won't arrive until first week of Jan.

I thought the MB supplied SVGA, hence the hdmi port - didn't know G card was needed.

But, I happen to have an old G card and I am now installing Ubuntu.
