[SOLVED] Troubleshooting Ryzen 7 3700x CPU

I just recently bought the parts needed for my PC and assembled them, but upon system power-up, the status light, in my motherboard, for my CPU came on. This means that it isn't working properly.

As for installation, I made sure that I properly aligned the arrows and reinstalled it multiple times to see if it was an error. I watched several videos and re-read the guide, and I feel like I've tried everything, but whenever I power-up the system, the CPU light is on.

I have the Aorus Ultra x570 motherboard, and the Ryzen 7 3700x CPU. Is there anything else I can try to fix it?

The RAM hasn't arrived yet and I haven't installed Windows yet, I was just testing to make sure that everything else ran properly when I powered up the system.

I'll uninstall the CPU and check for any damage, just in case.

edit: I pulled it out, and no pins seem to be bent, missing, or damaged.

You won't get anywhere without RAM.

I'm not trying to start up the computer, I'm just trying to figure out why the motherboard thinks the CPU is not working properly.
Do I need to have RAM installed for the CPU to be fully recognized? If so, then that would explain it.

Even if you see some other signs, it still wouldn't mean anything.

RAM came, RAM is installed, everything is installed, cool. I still have the "CPU is not working properly sign".
When I try to power on the system, everything works except for the CPU. I have a monitor hooked up too, but it doesn't show any signs of working.
What can I do?

One stick of ram in the proper slot....see the manual.

Unplug all disk.

Test.

If no help move the mobo out of the case onto a piece of cardboard.

Test.

When I boot up the system, the RGBs light up and the fans turn on but nothing else happens.
I tried updating the BIOS but I'm not entirely sure if it worked or not.

Update: CPU is the problem, took it to a local repair shop. Getting a replacement CPU.
