Troubleshooting vga hd 4670

i can't install hd 4670 driver in windows xp, after i install hd 4670 driver (XP) a screen goes blank..but OS still running..
why...??

Are you trying to install a new driver and this happens ?

Start in Safe mode. Remove all your VGA drivers. Then re-install just the one for the HD4670. If your monitor is not plug and play, you may need to move it to your card's other connector.

yes..and my monitor is plug and play...
but if i instal new OS (vista)..my Graphic card goes normally but i can't play Football Manager 2010...thanks for your help...
