Troublesome situation needs helpful solution

Hello everybody

My motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-EP45T-DS3.
My GPU is NVIDIA 9600GSO.

Problem:

My monitor doesn't show anything

Tried:
1) replacing monitors = no luck
2) replacing GPU = no luck
3) replacing PSU = no luck

I appreciate any help
