is there a way to see what kind of videocard really is? not from display properties, rivatuner, bios(can be flashed, modified, etc). No stickers or numbers on the card. Anything that would make de diff between the 9800se and the 9800 pro?ram?size?parts?

Tried benchmarking? There's a huge difference between the 9800SE and Pro. Also, I think it's printed on the GPU if you remove the heat sink and thermal compound, though I think it's going a bit too far.

Got a nice overclocked overvolted system to keep you warm at night? That's great. Guess I'll have to settle for a woman...

Usually you have to trust the mylar stickers on them and what the display drivers in windows say for the driver will display what the AGP Bios will display. Other than that just benchmark it for there is a HUGE difference between the 9800se and the 9800pro. Do a google search for a score with a similiar config and put yours in.

Part Number is the only TRUE way to be sure.
One can Expect certain things about a pro versus and SE and a non-pro or conversly an XT, but the only true way is to verufy the part number.

The result in 113 bios part number on ATI's website gives m: RADEON 9800 PRO 128MB VGA DVI-I TVOUT 113A07502106 102A0750202, but if you flash the bios, isnt this info inacurate?

Which 9800se do you have that you have been successfully able to smack it up?

Yeah I'm talking about the part/serial number on the board, not from a BIOS reader.
