True spirit 140 vs 212 evo on I5 3570k

I was wondering what is better to get if i am going to cool a I5 3570k. I have the cash for the true spirit.

@OP: I can confirm 212 evo = god like.

If you can fit one, it keeps an unlocked 6x core AMD down to 40 under load.. (125tdp)
and 55 under load overclocked (180tdp)

Hell, if you really want to I've heard people are running them without a fan and underclocking their CPU, they're actually that damn good!
