trust speedfan or speccy and hw monitor

im getting about 10 c cooler core temps on speedfan than in speccy and hw monitor on a intel xeon x5450 what program do i trust?

Download HWMonitor and use that to measure temps. HWmonitor is pretty close to my speedfan (about 3c)

i got hw monitor but the temps are way higher there to than in speedfan i guess i have to trust the highest

Try RealTemp

I've had pretty good luck with realtemp also. Speedfan has always been a bit wonky for me.

thanks i will try it, can the Readings be off using a lga 771 mod on 775 with modded bios?

i just tried realtemp it gives about same temps as speccy i guess i have to trus them over speedfan
